We want you to love your FOVA pieces. But if you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make it simple.

Our Policy

• Exchanges: Available within 14 days of delivery for a different size or style.

• Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags (if any).

Send us an email at hello@fova.com with:

• Your order number

• The item you’d like to return or exchange

• Reason for return (helps us improve!)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

🚨 Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our side.

• Clearance and custom items are final sale.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
